We
will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However if an
item is out of stock a representative from Baby Caterpillar will
contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch time or an alternative.
Our courier pickup is scheduled for 2pm Monday - Friday, therefore all orders placed before
this time will usually go out the same day for overnight delivery. Orders
placed after this time will go out in the next day's pickup. Courier
on rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered. If you require a
Saturday delivery, please contact us on 0800 777 353 for this to be
arranged, otherwise we do not deliver on Saturdays. If a signature is
required on delivery, please indicate this in the delivery instructions
section, otherwise we do not automatically use this service.
We
also provide a parcel post service options which is not tracked or
traced, and while we will still dispatch within 24 hours, this service
usually takes approx 2-3 working days to arrive.
All
goods are returnable with no questions asked, providing they are
returned within 10 working days with proof of purchase, in the original
packaging and in an unused condition. Sale
items cannot be returned. Postage and packaging will not be refunded
unless Baby Caterpillar accept that the product is faulty. We do not
take responsibility for garments damaged due to failure to follow our
washing instructions.
All
computer screens display colours slightly differently. The colours you
see when you visit our website may differ slightly from the actual
product colour.
All prices of goods contained in the Baby Caterpillar website are based in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Our prices may change without notice.
At Baby Caterpillar your privacy is our priority. We will not release any information about our customers to persons or entities outside our organisation. Our website is hosted on a secure server and as such, all information gathered and stored about their customers are kept private, safe and secure.
